The fabric is stain resistant and water resistant. Moisture evaporates from the fabric, resulting in great freshness for your dog. Treated with Silverplus ® which is not only safe and pet friendly, but is also shown to have no negative effects to the environment. The anti-microbial effects contribute to stopping odour causing bacteria and will last the life of the textile, prolonging product life span. The treatment has outstanding resistance to machine washing, with 99.9% reduction in bacteria even after 100 wash cycles and it only needs to be washed at a low temperature, reducing energy consumption too.
 
The bed is made from recycled PET flake, formed from recycled plastic bottles which are cleansed, shredded and heated to form the fibre, then filled with a soft and fluffy polyester fibre filling. The filling is fire retardant to British Standard 5852.
